An ultra rare, exclusive natural Alexandrite with an exceptional intense 100% colour change from Verdant Green in daylight to Red in warm incandescent light.

This intense colour change, along with desirable starting and end colours makes this Alexandrite truly special. Photos and videos do not do justice the intensity of this gem's colour change. 

If you are looking for a natural gem that is beautiful (known as 'Emerald by day, Ruby by night'), ultra rare (top 10 rarest in the world; much rarer than Sapphires, Rubies, Emeralds and Diamonds) and durable, this is the one. We only find 1 Alexandrite for 500-1000 Sapphires we review.

Given the ultra rarity of this gem, this gem is 'native deep cut' to preserve weight and maximise colour change. Please see photos. 

Originally found in Russia in the 1800s and named after Emperor Alexander II, Alexandrites are precious gems that are extremely rare.
