A spectacular, incredibly rare and ultra clean 1Ct+ natural Alexandrite with a profound 100% colour change from Intense Blue-Green in daylight to Intense Red-Purple in warm incandescent light.

This is a heirloom gem with its profound 100% colour change, excellent starting and ending colours, 1Ct+ size and loupe clean clarity.

Highly recommended. Videos do not do justice to the intensity of the colour change in this gem.

Originally found in Russia in the 1800s and named after Emperor Alexander II, Alexandrites are precious gems that are extremely rare. Alexandrites over 1Ct are even rarer. Those with a complete colour change and excellent clarity are rarer still.

Certified natural by Gem Studies Lab in Sydney, which Gemmological Association of Australia's recommended gem lab.
