Inspired by William Ernest Henley's timeless poem, Invictus, this signet ring was designed as an ode to self mastery and human perseverance. A reminder to embrace the power of the yin (Phoenix) and yang (Dragon) within us.
Completely hand sculpted with selective inlays of 22K Yellow Gold, the centre features a Dragon and Phoenix in a balanced yin-yang formation, and the sides feature a blooming cherry blossom tree and an eternal mountain with a waterfall. All together symbolising power, rebirth, resilience and life.
Hand sculpting is a dying art that takes years to learn and master, and is only practiced by a handful of Artists across the world.
The centre stone is an ultra rare, colour changing, natural Electric Peacock Blue Cobalt Spinel from Tanzania. The colour changing capability of this gem from Royal Peacock Blue in daylight to Violet in warm light makes this rare gem even rarer.
