International: We provide expedited, tracked and fully insured shipping through FedEx to many countries. In general, FedEx helps with clearing customs and payment of any duties or tariffs. The cost of duties / tariffs is country specific and the responsibility of the client. Please contact us with any questions.
If your jewel is available and does not require any resizing, your order should be shipped within 3 business days. If your jewel or ring requires resizing, please give us an additional 7-14 business days.

Private consultations
We don’t have a storefront. Instead, every client gets a one-on-one consultation by appointment.
Before we meet, we usually have a short call to understand what you’re looking for, so we can prepare stones and designs that suit you. We’ll send you the exact address when we confirm your appointment.
Sydney
Our private meeting rooms are on George Street in the Sydney CBD, near the Apple Store. Get in touch to book a time that suits you.
Melbourne
We visit Melbourne every month and meet clients in the CBD, near the Melbourne GPO.

Can’t meet in person? We offer video consultations for international clients and anyone who prefers to meet online.
